Pre-finished Return Colors

We always have a full selection of pre-finished aluminum colors ready for your order. Our Paint Department can custom mix any PMS color for you, using the Matthew’s Architectural Paint Mixing System.

*Gloss finishes and custom mixed colors are available for an extra fee (requires additional time).

Acrylic Colors

3/16″ thick Acrylic is our stock material. Available in a variety of colors. The surface finish, flatness and optical properties of Cast Acrylic are all superior to Extruded Acrylic sheets.

LED Lighting Options

LED lights are the future of channel cut letters. Low power consumption and an extended lifespan make LED technology the best choice for any style  of channel letter.

Our standard LED lights come in white, red, green, blue and amber. We can also work with some of our suppliers to have custom colors created specifically for you. (Large volume orders only)

While LetterFab will use any LED supplier of your choice, we strongly recommend and predominantly use Hanley LED. This is because their LED’s are rigorously tested. They offer a 5 year parts and 3 year labor warranty. Hanley LED also warranties their Power supplies for 3 years.

* Non-illuminated signs with do-it-yourself LED installation kits can also be provided for the ultimate in low cost alternatives.

All of our Trimcap is available in 1 inch. We do have 2 inch available in select colors.

In order to achieve specialty and unique lighting effects, we can provide translucent vinyl covered letters. Our Preferred vinyl is 3M, but have the ability to order many other types specific to your order.
