PREFINISHED RETURN COLORS: -top-

We always have a full selection of prefinished aluminum colors ready for your order. We can also special order any color or custom mix any PMS color for you using the Mathew's Architechural Paint Mixing System.

*Gloss finishes and custom mixed colors are available for an extra fee, gloss finishes also require additional time.

ACRYLIC COLORS - top

Our cast acrylic products are among the most stunning signage available. Cast Acrylic letters can be re-worked while hot, allowing our master craftsmen to add personal finishing touches to your letters. The surface finish, flatness and optical properties of Cast Acrylic are all superior to Extruded Acrylic sheets.

LED Lighting Options - top

LED lights are the future of channel cut letters. While traditional neon signs do provide a classic look, low power consumption and an amazing lifespan make LED technology the clear choice for face lit channel letters.
Our standard LED lights come in white, red, green, blue and amber. We can also work with some of our suppliers to have custom colors created specifically for you. (Large volume orders only)
While LetterFab will use any LED supplier of your choice, we strongly recommend and predominetly use JT LED. This is because their LED's are rigorously tested by multiple independent testing facilities, they offer a 5 year parts and 2 year labor warranty, and are rated as waterproof in the SAMS manual under UL48 code.

* Non-illuminated signs with do-it-yourself LED installation kits can also be provided for the ultimate in low cost alternatives.

In order to achieve specialty and unique lighting effects we also provide translucent vinyl covered letters. This technique creates a high-tech look and gives you near unlimited color options.
